We want to create workplaces where people are seen, heard and supported. That’s why we combine research, technology and practical methods to strengthen the relationship between employees and leaders.
Good leadership starts with meaningful conversations. They help leaders understand, support and develop both their employees and their organisation. That’s why we created Motivati.
The Motivati method is based on leading theories of motivation and has been validated through a study.
Insight only creates value when it leads to action. We make it easier to turn reflection and conversations into concrete actions and consistent follow-up.
We develop solutions that are easy to implement and make everyday leadership easier – without unnecessary complexity or time-consuming processes.
Motivati is based on leading theories of motivation. We have used this research to develop a standardised method for preparing for 1:1 meetings, designed to work across roles and organisations.
To test the method in practice, BI Norwegian Business School conducted an extensive study. The results show that using Motivati leads to significantly better outcomes than traditional approaches in several key areas. Read more here.
Before a 1:1 meeting, the employee completes a survey that results in the Motivation analysis. The insights provide a starting point for a more relevant and meaningful conversation between the employee and their leader.
“Among other things, we found that participants in the Motivati group experienced significantly more recognition for the positive contributions they make at work – something we know is very important for motivation, work engagement and learning.”
Motivati is more than a software provider.
We want our customers to get the most out of Motivati. That means helping them establish effective routines for meaningful conversations and consistent employee follow-up. That’s why our team combines expertise with a strong understanding of our customers’ needs.

We work closely with BergØya who develop and operate Motivati.
